Product Description: Blends are prepared from vegetables that have been properly harvested, trimmed, washed, blanched, cooled, visually inspected, individually quick frozen, metal detected and packaged. The vegetables are properly blended according to specification percentages. California blend is prepared from Broccoli Cuts (head & stem), cauliflower florets, and crinkle-sliced carrots. Winter blend is prepared from Broccoli Cuts (head & stem) and cauliflower florets. This is an all-natural product, containing no additives or preservatives.
